Reading Pediatrics takes part in an important patient experience survey conducted by Massachusetts Health Quality Partners (MQHP).

MHQP’s survey is a report card of your primary care clinician for health insurance providers.  Your answers help decide performance-based payment to your primary care clinician.  Health insurance providers and primary care clinicians want to give you the best care, and our feedback helps them do that.

You might be asked to share your thoughts because you visited us in the last six months.  Choosing to complete the survey is up to you, but we value your feedback, and it will help us improve.  If you get a survey by mail or email in the next couple of weeks.  It takes about 10 minutes to fill it out.  We want to hear from you to make things better for everyone.

Your answers in the survey are anonymous.  If there’s anything you’re unhappy with, please tell us.  We want to fix it.
