Nicole is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and provides counseling to individuals, couples, and families ages 3+ years. Her modality of treatment is diverse as she utilize various strength-based approaches including; Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Expressive/Art Therapy, Parent-Child Interaction Therapy and Play Therapy. Her focus is to provide therapy to those experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, LGBT, and family/relationship issues. Her approach to therapy is to develop a therapeutic relationship in a safe and supportive environment; while working collaboratively towards growth.

Nicole received a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Salem State University and a Master’s of Science degree from State University of New York at New Paltz (SUNY) in Mental Health Counseling. During her Master’s program at Suny New Paltz, she served as a Graduate Assistant of Student Activities and the College Counseling Center; providing individual and group therapy for adjustment and sexuality issues. She has extensive experience working with individuals and families in a variety of settings consisting of; home-based, school-based, college-based, outpatient facilities, and inpatient facilities. Nicole has the ability to collaborate with community and state agencies, mental health providers, and medical providers to provide optimal care.
