Individualized Educational Program (IEP) for Home is a collaboration between New England Quality Care Alliance (NEQCA), Dr. Erik von Hahn, and the Center for Children with Special Needs, Division of Developmental-Behavioral Pediatrics, Tufts Children’s Hospital.
The IEP for Home seminar series provides detailed psychoeducation to parents about the skills that all children need to build. The series also will address the issue of parents-as-teachers, given the prevalence of remote learning during the COVID-19 era. Seminar topics will include:
1. Positive relationship with parents
2. Good sleeping habits
3. Good eating habits
4. Schedules and routine
5. Rules
6. Friendships
7. Homework
Seminars are scheduled on the first Mondays of each month on the following remaining dates from 7-8 pm:
